For apartment owners: how to check your contact information

Many customers have contacted National Land Survey's customer service to ask about the contact information of apartment owners.  The contact information of most apartment owners is up-to-date in the Residential and Commercial Property Information System because the information is generally updated automatically.

Sources of updates

When the housing company has been registered in the Residential and Commercial Property Information System, the postal address of the apartment owner is generally updated automatically from the Population Information System.

If the apartment is owned by a business, the postal adress is generally updated automatically from the Business Information System.

Businesses can check their information in the Trade Register information service 

How to file contact information

Apartment owners only have to file those changes that are not updated automatically.

Use our online form to file your contact information in the following situations:

  • you want to file your e-mail address or your e-mail address has changed
  • you want to file a postal address that is not in the Population Information System
  • you want to file a postal address that is not in the Business Information System
